Probably my own dumb fault though.

Have read at various places folders are more effective way for seo purpose. That said we do create separate folder in this method but with sub domain links. That process only needs the primary index.php so it’s fewer steps. It’s actually an easier setup.
When I have time, I’ll be writing my own version of that method so readers will have both solutions.
